Welcome to Westfield Infants School!

On behalf of all the staff at Westfield Infant School, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you all.

Everyone at Westfield recognises the importance of the time your child will spend at school and are keen to ensure your child is happy and achieves their potential in a safe, nurturing, friendly, fun and stimulating environment.
As an infant school, we ensure the first steps of education nurture a lifelong love of learning.

Whilst your child is with us during the infant years of their educational learning journey, our aim is to provide an enjoyable, enriched, creative learning challenge curriculum, underpinned by the essential skills of reading, writing and mathematics.

We work in collaboration with families to support and provide challenge for all children in our care to achieve their full potential. From the early stages of learning through play, all the way through their learning journey to extended narrative story writing and mathematical problem solving, we are here to enable children to blossom.

We look beyond the classroom to develop children as learners for their future; moving with innovations and technology, whilst keeping true to our school values.
