Lottery Community Funding

The High Greave Infant Breakfast Club is delighted to announce that it has been awarded £19,800.00 in funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. This significant investment is a testament to the value of the support and opportunities we provide for children and families within our local community, and we are incredibly grateful for this generous contribution.

This funding will enable us to expand and enhance our current provision, creating a wider range of engaging and inclusive extra-curricular activities for the children who attend the breakfast club. Planned opportunities include STEM workshops designed to inspire curiosity and problem-solving skills, creative art activities that encourage self-expression and confidence, and a variety of sports clubs that promote physical wellbeing, teamwork and resilience.

By extending our programme and increasing the range of activities available, we can ensure that more children benefit from high-quality experiences that support both their academic and personal development.

These enrichment opportunities will particularly benefit disadvantaged children across multiple neighbourhoods and communities, helping them to continue their learning and development beyond the school day. Through engaging, stimulating and supportive activities, children will have greater opportunities to build new skills, develop friendships, boost their confidence and discover new interests.
