Well being at work is at the forefront of our actions, with our HR consultancy service adopting a prevention rather than cure approach. The varied support including telephone, email, virtual and on-site support compliments initiatives that includes, menopause champions, a Trust wide well being strategy, and people strategy. 
 

Each member of the team is motivated to deliver effective services which contribute towards achieving our shared vision for improved outcomes for children and young people. We will help manage risk and support schools in making robust decisions where necessary, for efficient case progression and best outcomes for the Trust.
